Michelle has over a decade of experience designing and delivering world-class mixed-use projects across hospitality, heritage re-use, retail and commercial asset classes in Australia and internationally.

With a strong focus on delivering best-in-class design outcomes, Michelle applies her strong communication skills and expertise in leadership roles across all construction stages, from concept through to completion and operator handover.

For the last 8 years, she led the design and redevelopment of Sydney’s iconic Sandstone Precinct, sensitively transforming a state-listed government office block into an award-winning luxury hotel for Capella – winning best new hotel globally for 2023.

Michelle’s passion and strength is resolving complex project conditions – challenging programs, stakeholder management, client requirements, heritage implications and design ambition – into elegant outcomes.
