Patrick Marsden

Patrick joined Cerulean in 2024 as Associate Director, having previously worked in both client-side consulting and architecture for two global industry sector leaders in the built environment. His range of experience includes workplace, commercial, mixed use, residential and retail across Australia. Patrick believes the key to delivering successful outcomes is understanding the clients' unique needs then navigate appropriate pathways to deliver those while drawing on knowledge and experience to drive positive results. Most recently Patrick has helped clients, both locally and globally, deliver projects of exceptional standards advising through initial strategy and functional briefs, programme and procurement through to delivery and post occupancy transitions. He truly believes any project can achieve success if delivered on a foundation of respect, passion and work ethic.
