Allianz Australia are currently undertaking a major overhaul of their national workplace portfolio in keeping with their objectives to deliver a modern, reimagined, and fit-for-purpose workplace that is adaptable to current and future technology changes.

As Client-side Program & Project Manager, Cerulean has provided the following services, working within the Capital Delivery team at Allianz:

• Portfolio Strategy: A holistic national portfolio strategy for Allianz's commercial workplace, with associated portfolio programme across key locations across the country.
• Project Management Office (PMO)Setup: Introduction and setup of a standardised Capital Delivery framework, including standard procedures, process documents and reporting tools.
• Project Delivery: Design management and procurement strategy, to enable the Award of Works for Head Contractor appointment for key major projects.
