Emaar over the years have perfected the golf course community as their flagship residential offering, the 500-acre Boulder Hills being a prime example.

At the heart of the project is a 200 acre, 18-hole championship golf course, surrounded by Spanish mediterranean Homes, finally flanked by high rise apartments and business parks.
